The Design Process
-
Step 1: Design Consultation
In the design phase, we will assess your property to observe the existing elevation, drainage swale, and neighboring properties.
When possible, we encourage meeting with our designer on site to review any design ideas you may have already had, as well as walk the property together to discuss any concerns regarding the design or construction process.
Our expertise in remote landscape design ensures that we provide the same level of service to our out of state clients.
-
Step 2: Autocad Plan
Our team will create a construction plan for you and your installer including the required dimensions, material call outs and allotments, and all the information a builder will need to complete your project.
Our team utilizes a plant database and has horticulture expertise to ensure proposed plant materials are ideal for your geographic zone.
Additionally, we work directly with the HOA to ensure plans are submitted properly and adhere to their guidelines.
We are an approved designer with La Platta Development and have years of experience working with Wolf Ranch, Flying Horse, Sanctuary Pointe, Sterling Ranch, Meridian Ranch, Banning Lewis, and many other communities.
-
Step 3: 3D Design
Our 3D Design brings your CAD Drawing to life – allowing you to experience your completed project prior to install. This will confirm color/material selection and scale your project (for furniture selection and functionality).
This product displays proposed materials including paver colors/patterns, specific rock types, and the exact plant selections for your plan. Our presentation also includes real images of proposed plants and materials, so you know what to expect with completed install.

Step 4: Builder Selection
We have developed a vetted network of Landscape Installers that will complete your project on time, on budget, and will treat your space as if it were their own.
Based on your unique design requirements our team will match you with a builder, conduct a project kick-off, and remain in contact with the builder throughout your project.
Our builder network includes trusted installers across the Pikes Peak Region, South Florida, and other areas from the Coast to the Mountains!
